Overview
Just plug it in. No setup. No worries. Rebit is a USB hard drive that sits next to your computer. There's no installation and no configuration. You do nothing. Backups are automatic, complete and continuous. Rebit transparently provides continuous file-level data protection with versioning. When you change a file or create a new one, Rebit backs it up. Remove it for safe keeping and the next time you connect it, Rebit will catch up. Rebit has a light footprint and has extremely little impact on other processes. Rebit also protects your system files, including Outlook files, and provides for disaster recovery. Get a complete Rebit system or just the software and you supply the USB drive. Always On
Simply plug Rebit in a USB port and click ok. That's it. After that, Rebit transparently keeps you backed up throughout the day, everyday. Forever.

Rebit backs up everything on your computer, from pictures to e-mails, even your applications, settings and operating system, without intervention. You do nothing. There are no schedules to set, no media to set up. Plug it in, and it's always there for you. Moments after a file is created or changed, Rebit will back it up. Rebit even tracks versions of files so that you can recover old file versions. And if you unplug Rebit, it will automatically catch up when you plug it in again.

Always Room for More
No need to worry about Rebit filling up. Simply select a Rebit hard drive size that is equal to or larger than your PC hard drive(s). As Rebit becomes full over time, it will delete the oldest backups to make room for the newest ones, thereby ensuring that all of the files on your PC are always backed up. This saves you from having to figure out and manage a full backup drive.

Always Easy
You may check your backup status by simply moving your mouse. Hover over files on your desktop or in Windows Explorer to see when any file was backed up and how many backup versions there are. Or, hover over the Rebit frog in the system trey to see the time of the last file backup. Drag-and-drop from Windows Explorer to recover files and folders. In the case of a full PC restore, use the included recovery CD to restore your entire PC to a selected point date and time.

Makes Losing Important Files a Thing of the Past
It can be easy to ignore backing up your computer's important programs, files, and more, but in case of harm to your hard disk, this could mean disaster. You can lose important data about customers, media files, documents, and much more. While many people know this can happen, they do nothing about it other than hope it doesn't happen. Normally, computer backup is difficult and time consuming, but with Rebit you can relax without giving your backup a second thought. Rebit automatically backs up everything all the time. All you do is plug in the Rebit drive and it is always on, working for you.

The Rebit computer backup always has the space for your latest data. When it gets near maximum capacity, Rebit deletes your oldest, unended backup data to make room for the most current data.

Software
The software product includes a software installation CD and a disaster recovery CD. You install it on a USB drive that you provide.

Appliance
The appliance product includes a USB external hard drive with Rebit already installed and a disaster recovery CD. Just connect it to your PC and it goes to work.

Single-PC
The single-PC version backs up a single PC on the hard drive.

Multi-PC
The multi-PC version backs up as many as six PCs on the hard drive.
